Event Booking Deposit — Galas, Tournaments & Large Installs

This holds your date. It is not the full price of the job.

For galas, fundraisers, conferences, golf tournaments, weddings and large installations, we quote after we have seen the space — because quoting a room blind is how people get surprised.

But dates go fast, especially spring gala season and summer tournament weekends. This $250 deposit reserves your date while we work out the details, and it comes straight off your final invoice.

What happens after you book

1. We confirm your date within one business day
2. You send photos of the space, or we come and look
3. We build you a written quote with options at different budgets
4. The deposit comes off the total. Balance due after install.

Refundable

If we cannot make your event work, or you change your mind more than 14 days out, the deposit is refunded in full. No arguments.
