Golf Tournament & Country Club Event Decor | Spokane & Coeur d'Alene
Tournament day is a sponsor showcase. Dress it like one.
A charity scramble or member tournament is one of the highest-value days a club hosts — sponsors are watching how their money shows up, and members are deciding whether next year is worth the entry fee. The clubhouse, the first tee, and the awards dinner are where that impression gets made.
We build for private clubs and resort courses across the Inland Northwest and North Idaho, including events at lake and mountain clubs where the setting does half the work and the decor has to be good enough to match it.
What we build for tournaments and club events
- First tee and registration arches — the shot every foursome takes before they play
- Sponsor hole markers and tee-box installations — colour-matched to each sponsor's brand
- Clubhouse entrance moments
- Awards dinner and banquet styling — stage framing, table accents, trophy backdrop
- Auction and raffle area styling for charity tournaments
- Member events — season openers, closing dinners, holiday parties, junior events
Outdoor builds that survive the day
Wind, heat, and full sun destroy a badly built installation by lunchtime. We build outdoor work differently — heavier anchoring, different balloon selection, and staged install timing — so what you paid for at 7am still looks right at the awards presentation.
Budget
- Tee-box or sponsor markers — from $80 each
- First tee or registration arch — from $200
- Clubhouse entrance installation — from $500
- Full tournament package, course plus banquet — from $1,500, quoted
Sponsor-funded packages work well here: we can build each sponsor their own branded hole marker, which is easier to sell than a line item on a budget.
Timing
Four weeks is comfortable for a tournament, longer for peak summer weekends. We install before play and strike after the banquet.
We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, and North Idaho lake clubs.
