Charity Gala & Fundraiser Decor | Spokane & Coeur d'Alene
The room is the first donation you ask for.
By the time guests sit down at a gala, they have already decided how they feel about the night. A ballroom that looks expensive, intentional, and cared-for tells every person in it that the organization is serious — and serious organizations get bigger paddle raises.
We have built for casino nights, black-tie galas, auctions, and awareness events across Spokane and Coeur d'Alene for twenty years. We know what a Convention Center ballroom needs, what a hotel ballroom needs, and what photographs well under event lighting.
What we build for galas and fundraisers
- Entrance moments — the arch or backdrop guests walk through and photograph on arrival
- Step-and-repeat and sponsor backdrops — with your logo and sponsor marks printed in-house
- Stage and podium framing — so the paddle raise and the award photos have a background worth keeping
- Table and centerpiece accents — scaled to the room, not overwhelming the conversation
- Auction and silent-auction area styling — drawing traffic to the tables that make the money
- Themed builds — casino night, Great Gatsby, Derby, Mardi Gras, denim-and-diamonds, holiday
Built in your colors, including the exact ones
Nonprofit brand colors are rarely standard balloon colors. We colour-match, and we print custom decals, names, logos, and sponsor marks in-house — so the installation reads as your organization, not as generic party decor.
Why boards keep rebooking us
A gala is an annual event with a volunteer committee that changes every year. We keep your file: the room, the colors, what we built last time, what worked. The second year takes one phone call instead of one more project for an already-stretched committee.
Budget
Gala installations typically run $500 to $3,000+ depending on room size and scope. Entrance moment only, from $500. Entrance plus stage, from $1,200. Full-room transformation, quoted after a walkthrough.
We are happy to build to a fixed number. Tell us the budget and the room, and we will tell you honestly what it buys.
Timing
Book four to eight weeks out for a gala, longer for spring auction season when every nonprofit in the region is competing for the same weekends. We install the afternoon of or the night before, and we strike afterward so your volunteers go home.
We serve Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Post Falls, and Coeur d'Alene.
