How far in advance should I book?

For custom installations like arches, garlands, and backdrops, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during peak seasons like graduation, the holidays, and wedding season. Helium bouquets and grab-and-go pieces can often be arranged with just a few days' notice.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver and professionally install custom decor on-site so everything looks perfect before your guests arrive. Local delivery is available for helium bouquets, and pickup can be arranged for select items.

How long do the balloons last?

Air-filled garlands and arches hold up for several days to a couple of weeks, making them perfect for multi-day events. Helium latex balloons typically float for 12–24+ hours — we treat them to extend float time — while foil and mylar balloons can last several days.

Can I choose my own colors?

Absolutely. Every piece is customizable — share your colors, theme, or inspiration photos and we will design around your vision. Custom vinyl logos and lettering are available for corporate and milestone events.

Do you do corporate and large-scale events?

Yes — grand openings, conferences, casino and dealership events, and branded installations are a specialty. With 20+ years of experience, we handle statement pieces of any size.
